Recently in my area semolina has been hard to find, but you can buy it online. Another place to look is your local pizza shop. Semolina is thrown on the peel to help the pizzas slide into the oven, it also provides a great texture for the crust. Anyway the pizza shop might sell you some, I was able to purchase some from the pizza counter in whole foods, every grocery store was sold out! Here's a link in case you'd rather get it online.
