How to buy milk from the farm gate, bottle it yourself edition.

In this video I buy A2 milk directly from the farm.
The milk is unpasteurised and is sold chilled to 2.7C. and must be maintained below 6C.
There seems to be a lot of weird food laws around the world. I understand that farms can sell milk directly to the public from their own farm, or delivered.

This is a one litre bottle, which is a lot larger than old fashioned 600ml pint bottles. The price was $2.50 for one litre and $5 for 2 litres. This milk is A2 protein milk so it is better for digestion for many people. This milk lacks a form of β-casein proteins called A1. It has a premium price. But at the farm gate, this price is comparable to ordinary milk.
