Very simple solar for van.

This is a very simple solar setup for a van or a car if you don't need massive amounts of power. Here I could run a 700 watt microwave if my van was running. I am using my starter battery which is a lead acid duel cycle marine battery. It may not look pretty but it does work. I am using my small 30 watt solar panel in this video. I did not have to drill holes in to my roof for this simple setup. Having a extra battery would be much better than just running it this way, but this was simple and very easy to make. The red bus bar is 3/8 and the black bus bar is 5/16.
