In this class I answer a few general questions on techniques and manifesting and then I teach a breathing technique to breathe the divine feminine and masculine aspects from the Earth and Stellar Stars through all of our energy centers, we finish with a second meditation to surround the earth and all who inhabit her with the flavors of love.
