Dead fish spotted along shore in Euclid due to strong winds shifting oxygen-depleted water, ODNR says

Dozens of dead fish were seen dead in the water and on the shore near Kenneth J. Simms Park in Euclid over the weekend, but the ODNR says this is due to hypoxia, which commonly happens in the summer.
