Ginormous Foods, and What Kind of People Own Restaurants! W| Josh Denny

Josh had a great stint as the host of The Food Channels Ginormous Foods. While the story around it is interesting, of most interest to me is the people he met and the work ethic of the restaurant owners. The pride, sacrifice, hard work, dedication, and just plain giving a S*** is the hallmark of a great restaurant owner. Really any business owners, but restaurants are a breed unto themselves. Great insight from Josh, and a huge shout out to the men and women that make sure we get fed every day.
