There is no setting to make just bread dough. I thought it said in the description that I could make dough but the artisan dough setting takes too long, five hours is excessive.
I do not know if I will be satisfied with this model . I watched some videos and another model of the same kind of bread maker to make dough was in the settings.
But not in mine. Maybe it would be helpful to add this in your descriptions because I was looking for a machine that kneaded the dough and I could take it out and make it rise a second time and cook in the oven.
I do not know if I will find a setting on the machine I bought to satisfy my demands. Hard to return now. Im very disappointed. It was expensive and I will not be able to do what I bought it for.
Makes good bread. Easy to use.
I have had this machine for 11 years now. The first 9 of it sat unused in storage because the first few attempts to make bread were unsuccessful.
Determined to make it work I pulled it out again and after making bread for a year now I’ve been using it on a regular basis (once or twice a week).
