Spiritual Bypassing & The Shadow Self!

It is CRUCIAL, IMO to integrate the shadow-self if you want to truly improve. We cannot possibly grow with only sunlight. We also need water :) Just a small analogy to make you understand that if you only use half-part of yourself towards your own ascension. In this case, only giving sunlight to a plant. It will become dry and will NOT grow properly. Integrate all parts of yourself. By doing so, you accept all parts of yourself 100% and you can grow optimally IMO.
