A Landowner's perspective. Buying land in Southern Illinois

As always, we really try to keep things REAL here at Kapper Outdoors. And today is no exception. In today's episode we'll talk to the land owner (Doug) of the 53 acre parcel of land that Curtis and I have worked on for about the last 6 weeks. Doug will give you some great insight on buying, investing and owning land in Southern Illinois. Doug is from Georgia, yet he finds that Southern Illinois is a true gem of an area for land investing and quality land recreation return on your hard earned dollars.
