Acts 5 - Sermon with Pastor Mike Kestler

Acts 5 begins by Ananias and his wife Sapphira, two selfish and faithless lying individuals, selling a possession and only giving a portion to the church. After watching Barnabas, a concerned, faithful and true disciple, Ananias and Sapphira wanted to receive the same respect. The story continues as Peter exposes the lie and when Ananias is confronted with his sin, he drops to the floor and suffers death. Ananias and Sapphira faced judgement and both of their lives ended in death. Today, Pastor Mike Kestler teaches about the sin of greed, hypocrisy, and lying.
