The MEDITERRANEAN climate is NOT conducive to the well-being and much documented care requirements of this beautiful cool to cold grower. As stated in the section below, 'My Environment', for 8 months of the year, I do not have the right conditions. However, here she is in bloom, and already producing more buds for a second flush. I have a few tips and tricks of how I managed to get this orchid through the very first hot summer with me. Now that I have this channel, I will document it's progress through it's second summer in Spain. This video is a little chit chat about what I do, while I remoss the mount and remove a keiki which I attach to the same mount, so as to encourage it's growth. I hope you enjoy this video!
