The gene therapy shots have always been presented as short lived: the mRNA gets into a cell (a process called transfection), orders the cell to make one bunch of spike proteins. Within less than 10 hours the mRNA gets destroyed and the whole process stops.

Very few people, even world experts, realized that this is not normal mRNA but synthetic mRNA, which is artificially altered to be much more stable. The same holds for the synthetic spike proteins, which are much more difficult for the body to clear than the viral spike proteins.

Scientific research has proven that both the synthetic mRNA and the synthetic spike proteins are detectable in a human body for at least 60 days, which was the maximum observation period of the study. It could stick around for much longer than that. It is currently unknown for how long the human body keeps making spike proteins and if there even is an off-switch. Perhaps all this might not be such a big issue if spike proteins were benign. However, they're highly toxic, because they cause blood clots (thrombogenic) and are highly inflammatory.

Under normal circumstances, the FDA should have ordered the pharmaceutical companies to do the kinds of trials as the one just referred to BEFORE the gene therapy was injected into billions of shoulders. Like so many other essential trials, these tests were waived, while the authorities kept spreading disinformation that the jabs were well researched and "no safety steps were skipped". The institutions just ASSUMED the jabs were safe, while they're anything but.

Apart from the life cycle of the synthetic mRNA and synthetic spike protein, it is also unknown whether the genetic code from the jab integrates into the human genome. Scientific research has shown that the required conditions for integration are present: (1) the (single-stranded) mRNA gets reverse transcribed into (double-stranded) DNA and (2) it gets into the cell's nucleus where our genome resides.
