Jovan H. Pulitzer Paper Analysis (presentation #1)

Jovan Hutton Pultizer's presentation of the Kinematic examination of paper ballots from the 2020 general election in Maricopa Arizona. As an official expert witness, his report is testimony to the Arizona legislature as part of the ongoing forensic audit to determine truth and find justice for election integrity and voting procedures. This report presentation is the first of two more which are anticipated in the near future.
