We are coming to you from where it all began the Merrimack Valley in Massachusetts where the Shot Heard Around The World was fired at the Concord Bridge and the Revolution Against Tyranny that would Change The World and gave birth to new guideline on how the Human Race would allow itself to be ruled. Or not be Ruled by tyrannical Kings, Queens, Dictators, Emperors, or Czars.
*We Have No Time for Carnival Barkers taking advantage of the street talkers and they are howling at the Moon Right Now at a time when we should all be uniting and taking care of business.

*Tonight on SSN We Will Focus on National Security and the Lack Thereof Under the Three Current Branches of Government: The Executive, The Legislative, and The Judicial. We The People have a duty to our nation and its future at this time to list our Grievances and Demands.
*In part II we will run clips for you to consider and submit your thoughts about what you would like to see in our grievances and demands document. Then, in part III we will expose what is happening World Wide that requires our immediate attention.
*Many times on our previous shows we have explained Our Founders Intent, Meaning and the Reasoning that are behind the wording of Our Founding Documents.
*With The U.S. Constitution being the Supreme Law of The Land and the rights listed under the U.S. Bill of Rights being Inalienable We The People recognize that the current branches of government are not upholding their duties to serve the people and are in violation of their oath, and their authority can no longer be recognized as legitimate, until the basic duties of government are fulfilled to satisfy The U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Bill of Rights.
*Let’s begin our draft with We The People bring forth our grievances and demands without any seditious or treasonous intent to dissolve or abolish Our Government or Our Nation, but to the contrary, to restore our government to its original intent and to hold those responsible who have neglected or abused their power under the color of law that have placed our nation in grave danger. The intent of Our Founders is clear a government of the people, by the people, for the people that protects each individual’s right to “Life, Liberty, and Property.”

Let it be noted that the first and foremost purpose of the Federal Government is to Protect and Defend the Nation from all enemies foreign and domestic, and the current government has failed to uphold its obligation to We The People in numerous ways which we will list in our Grievances and Demands.
Second, let it also be noted that the Founders Intent codified in Founding Documents Law that place the responsibility in We The People to protect and defend the security of a free state and our liberty in our hands should the three branches of the Federal Government fail to do so.

*Here are some Facts of importance to consider that we will be covering in detail pertaining to “The Rule of Law”:
*From the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) is a quote: “All orders or regulations are lawful unless they violate the Constitution, the laws of the United States…”

*Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) Article 90, Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) is "Failure to Obey an Order or Regulation", BUT there is also Punitive Articles of the UCMJ such as: Article 92 Special Circumstances that must b considered.

The Oath
"I,____________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to the regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God"
*Notice the oath states, “I will obey the orders of the President of the United States...”, but the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) Article 90 also states that military personnel need to obey the "lawful orders of his/her superior. The duty and obligation to obey lawful orders creates no grey area for discussion or does it?
*Now the question arises: does the military member have a duty to DISOBEY “unlawful orders” including orders of senior officers, Secretary of Defense and even the President of the United States? The UCMJ actually protects the soldier in this situation as he/she has a moral and legal obligation to the Constitution and not to obey unlawful orders and the people who issue them. These have to be strong examples of a direct violation of the Constitution and the UCMJ and not the military member’s own opinion.
**Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) is "Failure to Obey an Order or Regulation" (written or stated). The U.S. military considers it a dereliction of duty when soldiers are unable or unwilling to perform the job assigned to military personnel.

Punitive Articles of the UCMJ: Article 92
Special Circumstances
In all cases, these elements involve orders that were issued lawfully. All orders or regulations are lawful unless they violate the Constitution, the laws of the United States, or lawful superior orders. An order may be unlawful if the officer who gave the order did not have the authority to give it.
Ignorance of the order is not always an excuse, but sometimes a lack of knowledge of an order or regulation can protect a service member from prosecution. However, prosecutors can prove knowledge of the order with circumstantial evidence.

*Is there any order that supersedes The U.S. Constitution, and should a President or superior officer give an order that violates the U.S. Constitution is it the service personals duty according to their Oath decline to carried out that order or even act in a contradictory way to halt it from being carried out?
*There may be different circumstances, but the answer is yes.
There are several matters of neglecting of duty that pertains to this section alone:
U.S. Constitution: Article 4 Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
In PT II we will present you with Clips of Facts of concerns for consideration that may help you see through the grey area, and keep in mind most oaths are based on the U.S. Constitution from political to law enforcement oaths to other professional careers.
