Repairing a laptop with a faulty hard drive.
***At 9:56, I mistakenly say "If you want to burn this to a CD or DVD." Actually, the Windows 10 ISO is too big to burn to a CD, so if you go the ISO route, you will need to burn it to a DVD. I highly recommend using the USB anyway. Much less of a headache!
