Majority of Minneapolis City Council WILL Vote to ABOLISH the Police

A Majority of the Minneapolis City Council now supports some plan to abolish the Police. The only problem the anti-cop folks have no is that they have no idea what abolishing the polcie means! Nevertheless, the City Councilmen put out a vague statement describing a community based alternative to the city police department, which seems to imply some kind of decentralization of law enforcement.
