Prime Minister of Ukraine proposes Rebuilding Ukraine with frozen assets of Russian tycoons

Speaking at a conference in Lugano, the Ukrainian Prime Minister said:
Russia has between $300 billion and $500 billion in assets frozen by the U.S., EU, and the U.K. that could help rebuild damaged schools, hospitals and houses in Ukraine, but Switzerland refuses to hand over those funds automatically, according to Swiss Federal Council President Cassis. Ownership, property rights is a fundamental right that must be ensured for citizens to receive protection.
