MILLENNIALS | Carla Gets a "Man" Job

Meet Carla. Carla is a woman's woman. She marched for women's equal pay back in one seven. That's 2017, if you didn't catch that. Carla was knocking down the doors that were holding women back. So when she saw that that they were looking for strong women, to do a "Man" job, she marched right down to that office and she signed up.

You start Monday, the man boss said.

Come Monday, they were split up in groups of twos, nothing but women. They'd show the men who's boss. Carla was the smallest woman there, but she was big where it counts, in the courage and bravery. That's what the lady from the county office came into their orientation to say. She wanted to touch on gender parity, so she slipped over to this company and thought she'd have a looky poo, on the women, breaking down the doors of the "man" job, A.K.A. construction. Well, they had to clean up some debris for the construction to begin.

Carla was sipping on her coffee when the orientation was over. Carla was amazed, she had just really began to get comfortable in her chair. Her coffee was still warm, and her morning INSTA scrolling wasn't even finished.
