California Poppy - What it is - How Herbalists Work with it - Helpful Herbal Combinations

In this video we discuss California Poppy. This is a wonderful plant to incorporate in to your garden to support the nervous system, digestive system and respiratory system.

We offer workshops both to the public and private groups. Our next workshop will be August 6th and is a Medicine Making Workshop. We will teach people how to make a tincture extract, infused oil salve and medicinal syrup.
