Wisconsin Supremes Rule Drop Boxes Are Not Legal, But…., 3878

On Friday, the Wisconsin Supreme Court finally ruled that absentee voter drop boxes are illegal, and that absentee ballots can only be returned by mail or in person to the county clerk’s office, or to the clerk’s authorized representative.

The ruling is a blow to Democrats in the battleground states where more than 40% of all voters cast mail-in ballots during the 2020 election.

According to the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism, there were 500 ballot drop boxes – most of which were unattended – used in Wisconsin during the 2020 election where Biden narrowly beat Trump by just under 21,000 votes.

The ruling upholds a January ruling by Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Michael Bohren. So it took 6 months for this latest judicial step in the process of uncovering the truth about election 2020.

The Court’s 4-3 ruling rebuked the Wisconsin Elections Commission for distributing the drop boxes without the approval of the Wisconsin Legislature.

"Only the legislature may permit absentee voting via ballot drop boxes. WEC cannot. Ballot drop boxes appear nowhere in the detailed statutory system for absentee voting. WEC's authorization of ballot drop boxes was unlawful."

"Of course, the law expressly allows a voter to place an absentee ballot in a mailbox. ... Ballot drop boxes, however, are not mailboxes."

Voter data indicates that drop box voting across the country heavily favored Democrat candidates.

This morning, Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson was asked about the Chinese Communist government trying to infiltrate U.S. elections. Sen. Johnson pointed out that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, whose wife is Chinese, spent $10 million dollars trying to sway the Wisconsin elections for Democrats.
