A scheme of illegal trade in humanitarian aid has been uncovered in Kyiv.

In an underground warehouse, they found canned food, cereals, flour, salt, sugar, juices, water and other foreign-made products that were intended as humanitarian aid, but miraculously ended up on store shelves in packaging from Ukrainian manufacturers.
