Tactic Ogre LUCT One Vision Enabled some "Features"

Took a break to try out BG3 patch #8, and now we are back. The grind is pretty rough, let's cover some of the changes I implemented.

Still a long way to go before securing Warren but we will get there, can finally get Lans saved.
