Catching silver carp at Lake Barkley Dam. Invasive silver carp fishing. Attempting to catch striper on Lake Barkley Dam but only catching an invasive carp. I decide to make the best of it and keep a few hundred pounds of fish to can the filets and demonstrate how good they are to eat. It will be a 2 part video. Thanks to www.gaskillmade.com for a knife that will hold up to the punishment of filets caused by all the internal bones of this fish.

Part 2 is canning the filets and making fish salad and fish cakes that are excellent on the table. The process makes the bones soft so no need to be concerned about them.
