Here is another off-the-cuff, informal quickie of a video share, from Social Security Disability Attorney Stephanie Joy - this and addendum/clarification on some outstanding question(s) from Epis. 23. https://rumble.com/v1br36j-irwes-a-social-security-disability-claimants-best-friend.html?mref=58p61&mc=cmj3g

Namely, is the cost of a driver (to work) an IRWE that can be used to bring a claimant's work income BELOW SGA? So, another clip about saving your claim or your benefits if you appear to exceed "SGA" and may otherwise lose them - this is about IRWEs. SUPER IMPORTANT!

Imagine the scenario - you have a pending SSD or SSI claim. You need to work some to pay the rent or mortgage (or to buy health insurance!), so you fortunately find a part time genteel job within your remaining capacities for gainful work. You are vaguely aware of "SGA" but have not yet taken the time to further learn about that hard fast rule. You need to. You need to proactively avoid "SGA". Here is one thing to look at to help you.

You can work, in all likeliihood, but you need to do it with intention and care, so you play by the rules.

Take a listen. And see the first, broader IRWEs discussion at Epis. 23 for the most common SGA deductibles.
