Elon Musk‘s $44 billion bid for Twitter is in serious jeopardy and the billionaire is reportedly reviewing his options after his team accused the social media platform of not disclosing enough information about
spam accounts.
Imagine paying 44 billion dollars for a company that's the digital version of writing profanities on a public restroom stall.
Elon Musk’s lawyer has sent a letter to Twitter’s chief legal officer rescinding his offer to buy the company for $44 billion. Musk’s team claims the reason the deal is off is due to unsatisfactory information regarding fake or spam accounts on the social media platform.
