Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Zhao Lijian condemned NATO during a press briefing in Beijing. He says NATO claims to be a defensive organisation, but it's constantly breaking through regions and boundaries, waging war recklessly and killing innocent civilians.
