iRacing 2022 Season 3 Week 4
I chose the Hyundai Elantra N TC for this race as I feel it is more stable then the Honda Civic or the Hyundai Veloster N TC(my other choice) and I feel it turns in better then the Audi RS3.
I had no warm up before jumping into the race as I was having issues getting the session to load. My only warm up was 3/4 of a lap before the official race practice and qualifying started. I loaded up a Coach Dave Academy qualifying set up for qualifying. Unfortunately I crashed on my out lap in turn 5A. Set out for qualifying and made it through both hotlaps for a P8 on the grid. I then loaded the race set up into the car and I'm not going to lie I was 2-2.5 seconds slower then most of the field. I just wanted to run and not crash like I did in my GT4 race. I am very happy with the race result from this session.
