Saltwater Fish Feeding on Schools of Bait

We were watching the dock lights behind the coast house on the channel and saw these bait fish schooling. The we saw the larger fish feeding on them. We got a cast net and pulled in a few to see what they were so we could fish with them. They were saltwater shad.
