This abortion story of the 10 year old girl in Ohio is just not adding up

There has been no report from Ohio law enforcement regarding the alleged rape of this 10 year old girl. Why hasn't her alleged attacker been identified, or is he still on the loose? If he was already in custody why hasn't his mugshot been published and his name released? Too many unanswered questions about this matter that has me questioning this stories validity.
