Chizikunbo: What are they? Why would you want them?

The Chizikunbo - what they are, their advantages, and why you should have a pair. Admittedly a .45 automatic is a tad superior!
This is the kata I learned directly from Seiyu Oyata in private instruction while I was his fourth-highest ranking student and very first "transfer" student from another system.
