💥Kettlebell Swings💥

It is Hinge pattern not a Squat pattern.

Agonists (Prime Mover) are the Glutes
Synergists (Assister/ Helper) are the Hamstrings

If your lower back hurts after swings, take a look at your form. Focus on feeling the stretch in your glutes and hamstrings as you hinge (eccentrically) and powering through the hips by thrusting (concentrically) squeezing your glutes at the top.

Not every swing will be perfect and not every swing will be the same. The more you do them the better you will be at them.

A great explosive exercise before your workout or after your workout as a burnout.
