GIVE YOUR JKD PUSH STEP A BOOST DRILL

JKD Sifu Mike Goldberg of Fort Worth, Texas had learned this little exercise from JKD Sifu Tim Tackett a LONG time ago and
wanted to share it with those interested in increasing their reach and distance whenever confronted with their attacker(s) enabling them to "nip their attacker(s)'s aggression in the bud" decisively and quickly !!!. Hence, the whole idea of "interception" in JKD !!! Striking your opponent before they attack you !!! It is ESSENTIAL to keep your body parrallel to the floor without moving in an "up and down" motion as you push step forward preventing your attacker from detecting your interception movement !!!

PLEASE be sure to stretch your calf muscle prior to doing this drill cause your calf muscle will get a workout!!!

If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel FREE to email them to JKD Sifu Mike Goldberg at grampsfu@yahoo.com.
