Slow Cooker Beef Stew | KETO
Ingredients
2 pounds Beef stew meat
3 tbsp Olive oil
2-3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Beef broth
1/2 cup water
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Cayenne pepper(optional)
3-4 Whole cloves
2 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
In a bowl add beef stew meat, onion powder, garlic powder,
salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cloves, Olive oil, mix
well
Transferred to slow cooker
Add Beef broth, Bay leaf. Mix well. Cover and cook on high
3-4Hours,On low 5-6hours

Ingredients
Sauce
* 1-2 jars of marinara sauce
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 2-3 Cloves of garlic, minced
* 2 tsp dried basil
* 1 tsp Dried Oregano
* 1 tsp Red chili flakes Pepper
* Salt and pepper to taste
Meatballs
2 pound beef
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
12-15 Cubes of mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well
Make a golf sized ball and place a piece of mozzarella in
the middle. Press meat around the piece of cheese fully
enclosing it.
Place meatballs in slow cooker.Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours

Ingredients
* 2 pounds chuck steak - (or roast, if you prefer)
*â…“ cup unbleached flour
* ½ teaspoon salt - I use Kosher
* ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
* 2 tablespoons Olive oil - + more if needed
* ½ onion - finely chopped
* 1 medium carrot - finely chopped (I was out of Carrots)
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar Or Sweetner
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 ½ cup canned diced or crushed tomatoes
Instructions
1- Pound the steak
2-Rub-with Olive oil, salt& Pepper and flour
3-browned the steak in a skillet with olive oil and butter
4-move the steak to the slow cooker pot
5-Fry onion in the same skillet for 3 to 5 minutes
6-Add Diced tomatoes, brown sugar or sweetener and
Worcestershire sauce, Stir
7-Pour the tomato mixture over the steak in the crockpot.
Cover
8-If using a slow cooker, set to low for 6-9 hours. Or bake in
an oven at 325°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
* When the meat is fork-tender, remove it from the pot and
set aside on a serving platter to rest. Cover with foil.
