Boat Billy

It's the Boat Billy Land Yacht. His name is Wendell Johnson, 59, and he works as a carpet installer for a local company in Brooksville, Florida. The contraption you see in the video makes an annual appearance in Daytona during “Bike Week” most every year and people know him as Boatbilly.
