‘How the f*** this happened?’ Construction worker left dangling from high-rise crane

Footage has emerged showing a worker dangling in the air above construction site in Toronto after accidentally getting entangled in a tagline attached to a crane. The building company confirmed the man was promptly lowered and wasn't seriously injured.
