Russian military has discovered new evidence of U S and Ukrainian bio weapons

The Russian Ministry of Defense issued its latest report on the special military operation in Ukraine.
The department said that the Rosemont Seneca Foundation was involved in financing biolaboratories in Ukraine, where, according to the Ministry of Defense, biological weapons components were being developed.
