City services, bakeries, hospitals, schools returning to normal in Kupyansk, Kharkov region

Russian servicemen continue to provide necessary assistance to restore civilian infrastructure facilities in Kupyansk, Kharkov Region. Gradually, step by step, life is returning to normal: city services start working, production - primarily bakeries - is reviving. Russian military doctors are providing significant assistance to Ukrainian hospitals - field hospitals host some of the wounded civilians, relieving the burden on the central hospitals. This year, Ukrainian pupils are graduating a bit later than last year. Nevertheless, nothing is preventing ceremonies from taking place.
