Growing seedling orchids, is a labor or love, patience and endurance. Every once in a while, though, seedling orchids need to be cleaned or uppotted. It makes no difference if seedling orchids are grown in organic or inorganic media, hopefully their progress requires sporadic intervention. Cleaning the root system of seedling orchids is just as important as cleaning the roots system of blooming size orchids.
