SPRING Mississippi River BACKWATER PANFISH! | Wisconsin Panfish Fishing

Nothing beats heading out to the Mississippi River for spring panfish. Had a great day catching a mixed age class of fish.

The key was fishing a north end of the backwater slough were the water warmed up first. Simple presentation over all, bobber, mini mite, worm. The biggest fish were caught along dense weed edge.
