7-year-old victim: Investigation of the attack on the Russians during the rally in Greece

The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR), Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to investigate the incident with the attack on participants in the rally in support of the Russian Federation in the capital of Greece. This was announced on April 4 by the press service of the department.

According to the TFR, in Athens, unknown people with Ukrainian flags attacked the participants of the rally in support of Russia and the Russian-speaking population and damaged the cars.

The mother of a minor victim on April 3 told how the Ukrainians attacked the car where her seven-year-old daughter was. As a result, the child was injured. According to the woman, the cars were moving in a column, on one of the sections of the road the police blocked the road for them and instructed them to continue driving in the other direction, where the Ukrainians ended up.

“They tore the Russian flag out of their daughter’s hands and hit her on the hand with a staff, smashed the child’s hand until it bled. On the other side of the car we had a Greek flag, they also grabbed it. They broke windows on both sides,” she said.

According to her, the police saw what was happening, but did not try to stop the attackers.
