If you go back and look at videos of lightning strikes there was not enough of a bright flash. If you go back and compare this to direct energy weapon videos it does not look like that either. To me it looks like a explosion from some kind of a device.

But again why is the footage so poor in quality? To hide something? Did you ever notice that government footage of events is always crappy or it is shaking like someone with Parkinson's disease was taking the video? My grandfather could do better with his Brownie Camera.
