Here we go through my warm-up routine for field sprints, including SAT.

What is SAT? This is Self-Activation Technique. I do the 3 primary or basis activations. In the video, I mistakenly call this RPR, which is something else but is based off of similar principles.

0:00 Intro and 3x SAT points
7:05 Ankle circles
8:27 Walking hip circles, forward and backward
10:25 Heal to butt (thigh straight down)
11:55 Single drive stomps, like a 'modified single leg A-skip'
12:55 Walking leg kicks, start low/slow and go to faster/higher
14:20 Alternating high knees (with imaginary ladders)
15:25 Lateral (side) shuffles
16:14 Cariocas
