Handstand Presses (or my version, braced with handles) & Parallel Playground Pullups with a sandbag

Back to an outdoor upper body workout, being along the vertical spectrum of push and pull. For the push (A1 exercise) we have handstand presses - braced and with handles; and for the pull (A2 exercise) we have parallel grip pullups in between field hockey nets, so you can use whatever playground bars is available.

I did 6 sets of each, and actually did one set of a finishing exercise (B) which were dips between the high bars where I did A2. Haha I fell coming down from the first set of A1, but was okay the rest of the way.

I also used some stuff:
- Wrist wraps for the presses because these ones are difficult and the extra support helps keeps things tight,
- a mouthpiece to protect teeth from hard biting, because you can bite when the exercises are difficult or for more strength, and
- the strap of a travel bag used to attach weight/the sandbag for the pullups!
