Consider This...Dirty Dozen and the Clean 15

Enjoy all the yummy foods of the summer! But beware of fruits and vegetables that have been sprayed with pesticides. Try to go organic with fruits and vegetables that you will eat the peel, like apples, grapes, leafy greens, peaches, and berries. If you are peeling it, like a banana, melons, kiwi, and pineapple, you can save some money and not get organic. If you can't get organic make sure you wash your fruits and veges well in running water or soak them in a salt water or baking soda bath, then rinse in running water.
