Finally at 100 meter track sprints!

I have finally progressed up to 100m on the track! After several weeks on the field, I started a workout alternating 30m and 50m, then this was 30m/60m, then 30m/80m, and now here we are up to 30m alternated with 100m.

The times were not my all time bests, but at least they were all under 12 seconds, in the high 11s. My previous all-time best was 11.12, though I haven't really been able to or really wanted to focus that much on these specifically. It's more about keeping fit and healthy overall, and I'm still happy and grateful for where I am!
