Ankle Weights on the Field = Another PR
Last time I used ankle weights on the track, and now I used this on the field. It's a different feeling and I was still getting used to how best to place and attach the ankle weights I have, but got more comfortable with this. So there is more extra time between sets and setting up, but I timestamp everything below anyways. The moral of the story there is to keep at it and give yourself several honest attempts at something new.
After all that, I set a personal record (PR) on my last set, which was running around half the soccer field!
