3 lb Ankle Weights + 2.5 lb Wrist Weights = Another PR
I stayed on the turf field and continued using ankle weights, going up to 3 lbs and adding in some 2.5 lb wrist weights. I got he hang of attaching them and suiting up much better!
Afterwards, I did a finisher set sprinting around half the yellow soccer field, and did that in 34 seconds flat which is a PR for me :).
