Trying some ankle and hand weights at the track: Results = a PR!

This was in early September, and there were still some nice days out, so I kept doing outdoor training days.

To change things up, I started experimenting with ankle weights and hand weights. This was my first day doing so, and there were some awkward learning curve moments, but it kept getting better and especially at future sessions.

I also experimented with having the weight offset, being more loaded on one side for some asymmetrical training.

Even though it took some getting used to, I mixed in some regular sets without out weights, and things must have worked well because I managed a PR on my very last set! I ran 110 yards and back on the field, in just under 29 seconds.
