Avocado Toast
-Toast bread, top with a little bit of butter or EVOO, cut avocado and place on the toast and top with a few slices of tomato. Add some Salt and pepper, red pepper flakes and pesto. Serve!

Hummus Toast
-Toast Bread, Top with hummus and tomato slices. Add some salt, EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar

Strawberry Toast
-Toast Bread. Blend Ricotta with just a touch of milk and spread on the toast. Top with sliced strawberries, honey, and crushed nuts.
