Perhaps the script called for him to say something else and he gaffed but either way Biden struggled to express a coherent thought which is common for the aging President.

Democrats are in for it if they think people will fall for their gaslighting and media lies. the Midterms are around the corner and Republicans are looking good. Meanwhile Trump and DeSantis are gearing up for a 2024 run and it seems incredibly unlikely Biden could pull off a win at this point
